Although the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful the room itself was probably the worst room we've ever stayed in. And we travel a lot! The room was very small and built in the attic space so it had a low sloping ceiling, getting up to the Lou in the night was hazardous to say the least! The only daylight coming into the room was from a skylight window and to make matters worse the lighting was dreadful. A very low bulbs insipid light. It was impossible to get ready in the bathroom or even the bedroom area as you couldn't see anything clearly! It wasn't a cheap room by a lot of standards and if we had been staying more than one night I would have refused point blank to stay in the room, I subsequently wished I had complained at the outset when I was trying to get ready that evening and couldn't see a hand in front of me due to the poor lighting! We'd never been to Datça before and we're on a fact-finding visit as we want to take visitors there when they come to Turkey in September (We live in Turkey). However, there's not a chance that we would stay at that hotel after our experience!

Very friendly staff. Kids had a great time at the slides and with the animator. Staff were attentive. Rooms are clean. As hotel is on a cliff top, car is needed to get around.

Perfect

The otel was just perfect for everything. Actually, they mistakenly given me the wrong room, but i explained my special occasion and the manager and her assistants has given every bit of their effort to correct the situation. That was something i couldn't forget. So I'll come again.

The hotel is very smart and clean. The staff were polite and friendly. The food was varied and plentiful. It doesn't predominantly cater for Brits but Google Translate solved any communication issues adequately. We were there late in the season (October) so the hotel wasn't anywhere near full but a tour party with 4 coaches arrived one afternoon which gave an idea of how it would be in the height of the summer. The restaurant was full when we went for Dinner. It would have been better if they had someone in the door stopping more people from entering and forming a queue when there were no more free tables. We went to the lobby, had a beer, waited 45 minutes and then successfully tried again. There was still an adequate quantity and selection of food available. The hotel is on the outskirts of the town, set on a hillside which gives it excellent views of down to the bay 1km away but it does mean steep roads up to it.

Ekip şahane, çok yardımsever ve çok güler yüzlü. Otelin yeri harika, Datçanin hemen arkasında, merkez araçla 2-3 dk ama yürüyerek zor olabilir. Otel Tepenin üstünde olduğu için yokuş var- bavul varsa ve yürüyorsanız buna dikkat! Kahvaltısı yeterli ve geniş bir alanı var, masa bulma sorunu yok, ürünler çeşitli ve yeterli. Makine kahve tadını beğenmeyen için filtre kahve de koyuyorlar Datça’da efsane bir deniz varken gerek olmasa da, gayet geniş bir havuzu ve 4-5 kaydıraklı ayrı bir aqua park alanı var, dediğim gibi, çocukların hoşuna gidiyor. Temizlik de gayet iyi, hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Tek not; o da Datçanin alt yapisi ile ilgili biraz, sıcak su basıncı dusuk kaliyor. **Bu arada, Kargi koyuna günlük servisleri mevcut, aracinizi alıp, otopark ödemekle vs ugrasmaniza gerek yok eğer servis saatleri uuuyorsa Tekrar Datça’ya gelirsek kesinlikle kalırız, sevgiler.

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel, hat leider keinen eigenen Strand aber man darf den Yesim Beach am Kargistrand kostenlos benutzen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Würde ich auf jedem Fall empfehlen.

Beau buffet au petit déjeuner Grande piscine Bémol : le personnel, jeune, ne parlait pas anglais Par ailleurs, nous y étions hors saison donc avec une fréquentation réduite. En saison, lorsque l'hôtel est plein, l'expérience peut être différente.

Bayram tatilinde 3 gün 2 gece konakladığımız otelde, tarafımıza tahsis edilen engelli odası beklentilerimizi karşılamamıştır. Odanın banyo ve tuvaleti tamamen tekerlekli sandalye kullanıcılarına göre düzenlenmiş olup ihtiyaçlarımıza uygun değildi. Bu durumu resepsiyona iletmemize rağmen çözüm üretmek yerine sürekli odanın manzarasının güzelliğinden bahsedilmesi, misafir memnuniyetinin göz ardı edildiği hissini oluşturmuştur. Ödediğimiz hizmetin karşılığını alamadığımızı düşünüyor ve yaşadığımız mağduriyetin dikkate alınmasını bekliyoruz.

Wc nin sifonu bozuktu. 1 saat ugrastilar sonra usta geldi 5 dk da yapti ama dusunun tatildesiniz odanizda 1 saat 10’dk usta calisiyor. Sonra 2 gun sonra yine bozuldu. Bu seferde 10 dk da tamir oldu. Keyifli aile tatili

Son derece keyifli bir tatil geçirdik ailecek. Otel son derece düzenli, personeller oldukça titiz, sorumlu kişiler her an heryerde düzeni ve misafir memnuniyeti sağlamaya çalışıyorlar. Yemekleri ve kahvaltısı çok keyifliydi. Su kaydırakları ve yüzme havuzunda oğlumla birlikte yine çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Bir daha Datçaya gelsem kesinlikle yine burada konaklarım.

Oda temizliği yeterli ancak otel geneli daha düzenli ve temiz olabilirdi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve yeterli. Müdire Hanım çözüm odaklı ve tecrübeli. Yemekler yeterli kalitede ama sürekli değil. Bazı günler kalite düştü. İçecekler yetersiz kaldı tatlılar hep aynı tatlı servis edildi. Farklı tatlar denenmedi.

Ist ein schönes Hotel, leicht abgelegen vom Jachthafen Datca auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf Datca, sehr schöne Aussicht auf Datca und die Bucht. Personal und Service waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer waren wie immer super sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich, sowie das Abenddinner. Wir haben hier drei schöne Tage verbracht. Nochmals einen Dankeschön an die Frau Deniz von der Hotel Repression und Herr Arda vom Animation-Team die sich stets bemüht haben um das Wohlergehen unserer Seits, Dankeschön.

Pişmanlık

Erken rezervasyon ile ocak ayinda satın aldığım bir oteldi. Konaklama yeri ile ocak ayında mailleştim ve otelin 5 ekim -13 ekim tarihlerinde açık olduğunu herhangi bir sorun yaşamayacağımı teyit ettiler. Konaklama tarihime 10 gün kala bana otelin kapanacağını bu yüzden beni misafir edemeyeceklerini belirten bir mesaj gönderdiler. Ücret iademi yapacaklarını söylediler. Ancak satınalma tarihinin üzerinden 10 ay geçmesi sebebiyle bölgedeki otellerin çok pahalı olduğunu belirttim. 5 gün konaklamama müsade ettiler diğer 5 gün de kardeş otelleri villa amphora otelde konaklattırdılar. Villa amphora otel Dalya Otel ile aynı segmentte bir otel değildi. Oda kahvaltı hizmet veriyordu ve denize oldukça uzaktı. İçinde spa hizmeti yoktu. Otel değişirken çok mağdur oldum. Tekrar eşyalarımı topladım hem zaman kaybı hem de gereksiz efor sarf etmeme neden oldu. Tekrar konaklamayı istemem.
