Öncelikle otelin konumu gayet güzel… yapı ve bina olarak da güzel ve şık bir bina.. Azmak bölgesinin hemen yanında bulunuyor. Kahvaltısı çok güzel ve yeterli kesinlikle… otelin müdürü Yusuf bey çok güler yüzle bizi karşıladı kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Ancak Yusuf bey haricindeki tüm personelin suratı gerçekten çok asık bu görevlerini yapmalarına engel olmasa da misafir olarak bizlerde biraz moral bozukluğu yaratıyor. Havuz çok güzel, havuzun en büyük özelliği kapanış saatinin olmaması böylece günün her saatinde havuz keyfinden yararlanma şansımız oldu. Bu arada otelin özellikleri arasında evcil hayvan kabul edilmemesi olsa bile otelin kendi köpeği ve iki tane kedisi mevcuttur. Bence bu da bir çelişki yaratıyor.

Odalar yeni temiz ve konforlu personel özellikle F&B eğitim almalı profesyonel değil. Kahvaltı diğer Yorumlarda anlatıldığı gibi değil, bir gün önceden hazırlanmış hamur işleri, çok da kaliteli olmayan şarküteri çeşitleri.. serviste başarısız. Kuruyemişler bayat belirtmemize rağmen kabul ettiler ancak ödemeyi aldılar. Benim adıma bir sorun değil ama işletme için sıkıntılı bir durum. Tüm bunlara rağmen bölgede kalabileceğiniz en iyi otellerden.

Öncelikle otel mimarisi, bar ve temizlik konusunda emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkürler. Barmen arkadaşa da içkiler dolayısıyla ayrıca teşekkürler. Bunlar dışında personelin tavrı, çalışma tarzı, yemekler (kahvaltı dahil) ve hizmet maalesef bizi memnun etmedi. Tüm yiyecekler oldukça lezzetli görünmesine rağmen sunumdan öteye geçemeyen lezzetlere sahip. Gündüz vardiyasında çalışan resepsiyonist arkadaşın bilmiş ve samimi olmayan tavırları da bizi memnun etmeyen diğer bir husus oldu. Fiyat ve performans olarak Baleze bizim için sınıfta kaldı.

Çok memnun kaldık herkese tavsiye ederim.

Öncelikle otelin kahvaltısına bayıldık. Otel personelleri ilk andan itibaren hep güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı. Otopark problemi yok. Odalar gerçekten çok temiz ve her şey çalışıyordu. Ayrıca otel hayvan dostu bir otel çok tatlı kedileri ve köpekleri var. Otelin iç ve dış mimarisini de çok beğendik. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. 10/10

Çok güzeldi

Gerçekten çok huzurlu bir yer. Fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi. Çalışan herkes güler yüzlü, yemekler çok lezzetli, açık büfe hiç görmediğim kadar zengin ve kendilerine özgü harika kokteylleri var.
