The rooms are outdated, the fridge was dirty and the kettle was dirty and rusty when we checked in. We have got this changed instantly but the fridge never worked. Our room was only serviced 3 times out of the 5 nights and not once the sheets were changed even when we asked for it to. We also didn’t get any soap or shampoo replenished. On final night, when room was serviced the 3rd time, our door was left open and a little toy car was inside. I assume a little kid has been inside. When we were packing up on the last day, we noticed used hotel slippers underneath the beds. Breakfast was lovely each morning and the swimming pool a bonus.

Bu yıl 1 haftalık Marmaris tatilimizi geçirdiğimiz Aurasia Deluxe Hotel konumu, bina düzeni ve oda kalitesi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Eski Jan De Witt design otel, gerek mimarisi gerekse de bina konsepti ve tasarımı ile 4 yıldızı hakediyor bence. Odalarda klima, emanet kasası, saç kurutma makinesi, uydu TV, kettle, buzdolabı ve balkon mevcut. İlk gece standart odada kaldık, ertesi gün biraz fark ödeyip triple (üç kişilik) büyük odaya geçtik. Havuzu 145 cm derinliğinde ve ideal büyüklüğü ile keyifli ve temiz. Plaja sadece 2 dakika mesafede Aurasia Beach önünde otel müşterileri için şezlonglar ücretsiz. Plajda yeme içme servisi, havlu, duş ve kabin var (Teşekkürler Sedat ve Umut Bey). Denizi kumlu ve merkezde olmasına rağmen temiz. Gece uykusu için ideal, çevre barlardan odalara ses gelmiyor. Resepsiyonda Burak ve Mehmet Bey çok yardımcı oldular. Temizlik maalesef zayıftı, zemine ağır kokulu dezenfektan sıkıp temizlik yapılmış havası veren oda hizmetleri, kıl ve tüy dolu zemin ve çarşaflar yüzünden canımız sıkıldı ve bildirdik, umarım düzelir. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak iyi, fakat açık büfede bazı sebze ve meyveler ertesi gün tekrar konunca lezzetsiz oluyor, az miktarda hazırlanıp duruma göre ilave edilse daha iyi olur. Bir dahaki Marmaris tatilimiz için İnşallah tekrar tercih edeceğimiz şık bir otel.
