"We stayed for 3 nights in Seven Hills, the staff were very good and the hotel is in a good place to explore Istanbul. We had 3 days of rain so was a little hard to see everything but we would stay here again if we revisit Istanbul. We did enjoy a great massage in there spa to get out of a chilly raining Sunday. The Spa is warm and welcoming and perfect place to spend a couple of hours to relax."

"The hotel was excellent the rooms were extremely well equipped and were up to standards. We were to be checked in at 2pm however when we got there past two we were told that the rooms were not ready and we had to wait a further two hours. The staff are very unfriendly and when they realise that you are a foreigner they try their best to avoid you however they will go beyond for people that speak their language or are their nationality. My daughter had an accident on the hotels stairs outside due to the rain making the steps slippery and not one staff member came out to check on her or help. The other hotels near by had carpets on their stairs to make sure no one slips but even after the accident no improvement was made. The hotel staff are very unfriendly and do not with to communicate with anyone who does not speak the national language and they are very rude. The rooms in general were amazing and our stay was very comfortable but the staff were very rude and our experience with the staff was very disappointing. "
