"It's the worst experience in my life. The apartment is only one room and a small hall, but the reservation was for two rooms and a hall. The owner told me to stay only one night and he will change the apartment for me the next day. But he didn't respond to my phone or messages. The bathroom is dirty and the sink is broken.
