The two spacious balconies invite you to enjoy the morning or evening atmosphere with a view of the greenery. The living and dining area is generously sized. The kitchen is fully equipped. A tiled stove in the centre of the apartment provides cosy warmth (as well as underfloor heating).
The apartment spans two floors—the ground floor and the attic—and consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a toilet/shower, a dining area, a living room with a balcony, and access to the garden. The comfortable daybed in the living room offers two additional sleeping spots. The second bedroom is located in the attic and features a large balcony and a separate bathroom. For a relaxing, stress-free day, the garden is at your disposal. Here, seating areas, lounge chairs, and a parasol provide the ideal spot for relaxation. Bedding and towels are included in the price. Marienweiher is idyllically situated on the edge of the Franconian Forest and is part of the market town of Marktleugast in the Upper Franconian district of Kulmbach. Surrounded by forests and rolling hills, this historic pilgrimage site offers a peaceful setting close to nature. Thanks to its central location between Kulmbach, Hof, and Bayreuth, Marienweiher is easily accessible and ideal for day trips, hikes, and cultural sightseeing—especially the impressive basilica, one of Bavaria’s oldest Marian shrines.
