For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. The host family was very warm and welcoming and they took care of us very well, from leaving breakfast for us in the morning to suggesting places to visit.
