"The staff, location and amenities were great! We stayed 3nights with room temperature ranging from 78 to 80 in August. They immediately sent a tech to fix air upon my complaint. However, we thought once the batteries were changed the air would work. I realized it didn't fix issue and for the next 2 days I just enjoyed amenities in the hotel and area outside of my warm room."

"Super smooth process. The hosts were very responsive. The home is dated, but very clean, with tons of space. Loved that there were lots of board games. I wish a hairdryer was supplied. Very quiet neighborhood, and we all loved being on the water."

"I would just like to say: The space is very nice and comfortable; however, the bathroom tiles should be cleaned with bleach to remove the mold and improve the appearance, and the bathtub drain needs a thorough cleaning to eliminate the bad odor. The area outside where the trash bins are located is not clean and also smells bad. Also, one of the bulbs in the lamp next to the table is about to burn out."

"Positives: Check in was super easy, the host was very kind, responsive, and helpful before and during our stay.The house itself is beautiful, especially the kitchen – the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well with everything we may have needed! Very nice neighborhood and just a short walk or drive to Buckroe Beach and Park, which is amazing!Negatives: I was travelling with my wife and 3 of our kids so there was enough beds, but they were pretty uncomfortable and it was very challenging to have family time on such a small couch. The couch is also not in the best shape and most of the furniture is fairly cheap.The wifi is pretty terrible if you're trying to anything more than watch TV – but there is an option to purchase a higher speed – however, then you would have to use hotspot in order to run the devices.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we would absolutely stay here again!"

"We were a family of 8 ranging in age from 12 to 79. The house worked great for all of us. With 6 bedrooms, everyone got a room of their own it they wanted it and all of them had their own tv. I am partly handicapped and there is a very large bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom right outside that worked perfectly for me. There is a very large kitchen table that made it possible for all of us to sit down for a meal or a game. The kitchen itself is super well equipped. We were able to find everything we needed. The house was clean and welcoming and perfect for our needs. The only negative aspect which didn't really affect us is that there is almost no usable backyard. But other than that, the house was exactly what we needed. Thank you, Lynn,"

"It was hard to tell exactly what the sleeping condition were but with an extra air mattress it worked out ok for us very convenient for walking to the beach and a local ice cream shop was nearby and the beach had several food trucks and venders on Saturday that we enjoyed"
