"El trato con Alberto, perfecto, amable y disponible en todo momento. La casa es amplia, cómoda y está bien equipada (qué bien el aire acondicionado), cerca de Toledo y de Puy du Fou, que era nuestro objetivo principal. Como centro de operaciones, perfecto. No puedo opinar sobre el pueblo, porque no lo hemos visitado. A mejorar el mantenimiento de la casa, necesita un repaso en algunas cositas (percheros del baño, cabinas de ducha, sombrillas de la piscina, nevera...) para tener mejor puntuación."

"La casa es una preciosidad, muy bien decorada y con unos exteriores también muy disfrutables. Diego nos recibió y nos despidió muy amable, incluso nos preparó una merienda de bienvenida. Se adelantó en la comunicación con nosotros para tenerlo todo claro y resolver de antemano cualquier necesidad que pudiéramos tener ya que éramos un grupo grande. "The apartment is very nice and very clean. It is very convenient to the windmills. You can see them from the rooftop terrace. Parking is available for a modest charge across from the apartment. The apartment was well provisioned with fruit, pastries, and coffee. We wish we had been able to stay more than one night. Our hostess, Maria, was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place!"

"There is no topping this anywhere! The “home” was immaculate and beautiful!! As Mariano (our host) told us, it was our “home” while we were there. Argues is SO CLEAN as is Toledo. History is unbelievable!! Mariano spoiled us!! It rained cats and dogs one day. The next day there was no taxi or bus service to take us to Toledo!! "An excellent stay. The hotel is a little out of Toledo, which I thought was an advantage. No noise, peace and quiet - perfect. Breakfast was very good, excellent quality. The swimming pool was very pleasant. My room was spacious, clean with a first class terrace. I liked the fresh lemon water in reception - especially as it was very hot. Hotel staff were genuinely cheerful. If I ever return to Toledo this hotel would be my first choice. The only negative. Nothing to do with the hotel. Public transport into Toledo was extremely limited. So a car is essential."

"Wonderful hotel, very quirky and lovely. We had to ring the bell for reception and access was given immediately. Staff very friendly and helpful. It made a nice change to have a proper key for the room and also for the entrance to the hotel, instead of credit card style keys. We stayed in the Gigantes room, which was accessed by going out into the courtyard and up a small flight of stairs. The room was very spacious and had a coffee machine and microwave and we also had views of some of the windmills from one or two of our windows. The windmills and castle are within walking distance, albeit a steep climb! The castle is well worth visiting and the windmills look idyllic, although we didn’t go into the working one. We chose to park on the road just outside the hotel as the roads are not too narrow and it all felt very safe. Breakfast was included which was a good continental style collection. There was no one about when we first arrived for breakfast so we just started helping ourselves and a lady came in sometime after to check which room we were in and to check everything was ok. When we checked out, there was no one on the desk so we just left the keys as we didn’t owe anything. We actually found this all to be quite quaint and no problem at all. There are telephone numbers provided if you need to speak to someone when the reception is unmanned. We found our whole stay in Consuegra very relaxing and it was lovely to be woken by the birdsong in the courtyard. "

"Excellent property manager who was thoughtful and considerate. Small issues with power outages which were attended to promptly when reported. Excellent gas BBQ. Steps to master/en-suite bedroom had steep steps and could be an issue for older people. Well equipped and comfortable with swimming pool and outside sitting area very pleasant."
