Cute Marion cottage

Overall, this cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Great cottage!

We stayed the weekend here while being in town for a college graduation. The home was very clean, perfectly decorated, and had the right amount of amenities. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Second time we stayed here

My daughter and 1-year old granddaughter and myself stayed here for a couple days. We were here for a girls basketball camp at IWU. My daughter coached and I babysat at the house. Worked out perfectly!

Long weekend

We love the location of this cottage. It’s close to shopping and eating and walkable to IWU. Located on quiet street. It’s perfect size for us and our family enjoys sitting outside to visit.

Great cottage near IWU

We had a very nice stay, to visit IWU. Cottage is nice and close to campus, with a nice big back yard. Very comfortable sleeping as well. Glad we found a nice place near the school. Will definitely be booking again!

There is nothing to say but positive things about this VRBO.Beds were very comfortable. House is very spacious and clean. Great spacious kitchen amazing gas stove. The location was very quiet and perfect for this IWU softball parent. Just great!!

Spent a long weekend visiting our daughter at IWU. Perfect location! Nice sized house for our family. Comfy beds with nice sized rooms. Will book again!

Absolutely loved!!

The weekend was a whirlwind of events and it was so nice to be able to go home 😊. It met all our needs and more. Highly recommend Peaceful neighborhood and such a cozy, beautiful home.

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay in Marion. Our son was visiting IWU and the home location was great - close to campus. Very clean and better than advertised. Strong communication from the owners. Would stay again if our son ends up choosing IWU.

Relaxing at the Cottage

The cottage has enough room for 3-4 people. We invited family over and enjoyed the ample space outdoors visiting on this quiet street. Close to food and shopping but we took advantage of the “fair” amenities. We’ve stayed at this cottage many time and will continue to look to book again soon.

Cute convenient cottage!

Super close to campus and very clean & comfortable! Only complaint was we had some noisy neighbors around midnight one of the nights. Nothing the host can control though. Great experience overall.

IWU visit

Absolutely love this home! Perfect location for a weekend visit to IWU! Property manager is excellent! Home has everything you need - even some family games 😊. I don’t remember the last time I played “Sorry” with my kids - how fun to play now that they are in college. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. Looking forward to our next visit.

Cute little cottage

While in Marion celebrating a 90th birthday, our family of four (parents & 2 adult kids) had a wonderful stay at the Campus Cottage. The location was ideal, very close to IWU and less than a mile from my mom’s condo. The cottage was super clean, updated, and decorated perfectly. Everything you need is provided, and check in was a breeze. Owner Carrie Jo even called to let us know a service person was coming to water some new landscaping so we weren’t surprised. We’d be happy to stay at the cottage again! Thanks for a great visit.

Clean & Quiet

We were in Marion for the annual Airstrip Attack Race event at Marion airport. Location was close and the street was quiet. Home is small but comfortable and nicely decorated - Not cluttered. The King bed was very comfortable. Air Conditioner was fabulous. Besides coffee/sugar there were not really any additional “basics” in the kitchen - so make sure you bring along breakfast groceries or plan on eating out. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable

The location was perfect for my parents and I to watch my son perform in the DCI Open Class Championship. The house was very clean and met all of our needs. The king size bed in my room was more comfortable than my bed at home. If I had to complain about anything it would the area. There's not much to do. Our main daytime activity was going to the grocery store.We went to a park one day to walk around. I would have gone to the local water park but it closes the first weekend in August. We tried a local sushi place. The map said Yamato Steak House but it was a different name when we got to the location. If you are used to quality sushi don't go there. It was more like grocery store sushi. If you need to stay close to the college, I highly recommend this place though. Will go back if my Son is in
