"Ho soggiornato in questa struttura solo per poche ore: avevo avvisato che sarei arrivatamolto tardi e sarei dovuta ripartire molto presto. Non ho avuto quindi la possibilità di incontrare nessuno del personale, ma ho comunicato con loro via mail, messaggi e telefonicamente e molto gentilmente hanno organizzato tutto perfettamente per il mio soggiorno: mi hanno comunicato via messaggio i codici per accedere all’hotel e alla mia camera, mi hanno lasciato la fattura che avevo richiesto sulla...
