"Eric was terrific to communicate with as we planned our trip. The house had everything we needed.Well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace with beautiful views. The trash/ rubbish disposal takes a little getting used to but once we did it was fine. The house is up a hill accessed by a dirt road for part of it— peaceful! There are several cats who live around the property who like attention which we were happy to oblige. Eric provided a guide toLocal restaurants which was very helpful. Recommend!"

"Location would be good with a rental car, but by foot it is a walk to Murta Maria. The area is quiet with views of the Tavolara and the surrounding estuaries. Olbia is about 10 minutes by auto, but the bus stop is at least 20 minutes by foot. Also the public bus transport system is not the best. My experience with no car wasn’t great.Otherwise, the apartment was good with a kitchen and modern amenities. The internet was not reliable."
