"At first we were overwhelmed by the amount of people and the traffic. Once we were directed to the parking location we felt better. Not impressed with the pool or the breakfast. We made the best of Marbella but not our favorite. We did find 2 good restaurants nearby and some shops to buy clothes and gifts. We took the ferry to Puerto Banus. That was fun but again overwhelmed with the amount of people!"

"The Hotel Lima is a fantastic hotel, the staff are extremely helpful, the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice, the rooms were very modern & spacious & the bed& pillows were so comfortable. The great thing about this hotel is the position, it is so close to the beach, shops bars & restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The accommodation is in the middle of an industrial estate and on arrival I was concerned but regular bus routes into the center of Marbella costs just 1.50 Euros and is about 10 minutes (You can walk it in 25 mins) Parking was difficult during working hours weekdays but easy at the weekend and in the evenings. The rooms was very modern with great facilities for making a simple breakfast Air con was first class as were the staff Room was cleaned every day to a very high standard I would definitely visit again Greta value for money"

"This hotel was fine for what you pay for: a bed, bathroom, shower, & closet. I was happy with the money I saved compared to much higher-prices alternative options in the area. I thought it was a bit strange that: a) the front desk closed at 6 every day which required me to unlock the door each time I returned after that time and b) there was no soap or body wash provided."

"Pros: • Location, location, location! If you want to be in the heart of old town, this property is perfect! • It's also beautifully decorated with lots of character and charm. We had a room on the top floor with multiple windows and Juliet balconies that offered tons of light and great views of the square below. • Spacious rooms with lots of storage (lots of shelves, hangers, etc.) • They provide beach towels and branded totes which were super helpful for beach days. • We had 2 AC units - 1 for each room - which work well and are so nice at the end of a long, hot day. Cons: • There were a few misses for the bathroom. For starters, it's in the middle of the room with frosted glass that doesn't offer a lot of privacy, so not ideal for families. • We were also never provided with hand soap, so we used body wash from the shower to wash our hands. No tissues either, so used toilet paper. Our bath towels day 1 were large and great but when housekeeping changed them, we got much smaller towels - even though we had them hanging on the hooks, implying not to replace them according to their sign. • There is never staff on site. This property feels more like an Airbnb. We were also contacted a few days before check-in and pressured to pay in advance which was not what we were expecting (Expedia booking was to pay on site), so we felt a bit uneasy about it. We reached out to Expedia to confirm the contact and request were legit before paying."

"I loved this place. Clean, good space and close to everything. They do not have a recepción however there WhatsApp is available 24 hours and they answer very quick at any time. I would stay here again."
