"How wonderful it was to open the curtains in the morning and look out and see the sea panorama of Ischia Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento all in one sweep. That alone was worth staying here, but in addition, the room was comfortable. The facility was clean and charming. Only mention is our room had a tub set up only and was a little slippery tricky to get in and out for a shower. The staff were superb and helpful at every turn. The location is ideal easy to walk to charming ann Capri and the shuttle service and local transport helps with other places. We utilized the convenient the pick up and drop off shuttle service. Eat breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant too. The little cave like steam room was so cute. The hotel is well managed, and we hope to return someday."

"The staff was wonderful, they had no problem carting our 15 bags from the top of the hill to our rooms. The breakfast was lovely with fresh scrambled & bacon amongst cereals & fruit. The rooms were clean & very roomy for Europe & Capri . The best part was it was a short walk to the square & the bus stop was at the foot of the hotel. Keep in mind that it is extremely hilly and most of Capri lodging is a fairly steep walk up & down. Most areas are not flat with the exception of the square area & shopping along with Ana Capri. We loved it. The pool looked great but we were on the go too much to enjoy it. "

"We stayed at Villa Exelsior during our honeymoon and it was truly a 10/10 experience! Our room had a sunning view of the mountains and sea, we had breakfast brought up to our room every morning and the staff were incredible attentive. They helped us with restaurant reservations and activities. The pool area is also stunning. We felt so at home during our stay and didn't want to leave!! "
