"Siamo stati cinque notti in questo residence ben tenuto e con parcheggio riservato, veramente a due passi dalla spiaggia (sia libera che attrezzata con ombrelloni e sdrai) di Marina di Ragusa. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato e l'abbiamo trovato perfettamente in ordine. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia e precisione di informazioni, Sul lungomare si trovano numerosi ristoranti anche di buona qualità raggiungibili a piedi (passeggiata di una decina di minuti). "We stayed at this hotel in late September. All the staff were welcoming and courteous and the facilities just what we needed for a quiet stay as a couple. Everything was very clean, food was varied and it was just the location we were looking for. Mostly we ate in the town as we enjoyed the variety of local foods and the passiagatta (masses of families and friends walking around). We hired our own car and found this a great base to see many of the Montalbano locations - Scicli, Punta...

Salvo, Tim and Lena are most helpful - we had an evening return flight and as well as taking us to the airport, we were able to keep our room until departure. The marina and beaches are splendid, lots of lovely restaurants with friendly people. Very little English spoken here, so be prepared with your phrase book."
