You will not even get in the door before you will just stand on the front patio and bask in the view. As we entered we were struck by several things. 1. It is spacious. 2. Everything is so clean. 3. "Es ist eine komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung eine Querstraße vom Strand entfernt. Die zusätzliche Duschkabine im Garten mit Warmwasser vermeidet Sand in der Wohnung. Leider ist der Garten sehr feucht, was viele Stechmücken zur Folge hat. Man kann quasi nicht draußen sitzen. Die Fenster sind aber alle mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise sehr wackleig und sollte ausgetauscht werden."

"Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Es gibt so viele tolle Städte, Strände und die wundervolle Landschaft mit all ihren Farben und Gerüchen in der direkten Umgebung zum Haus. In 15 bis 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto viele wirklich lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück ist so gut wie nie Zivilisationslärm zu hören. Richtig gut zum abschalten. (Non adatto a chi non può fare 4 rampe di scale).Le spiagge di Marina sono belle, molto ampia quella libera che va verso Principina a Mare.Da non perdere una passeggiata sulle mura di Maliano in Toscania."
