"We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch and dinner. One suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:30am. On several mornings, food started being cleared away before 10:00am, which felt a little rushed. As the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere, it would be nice if breakfast service reflected that and remained fully available until the advertised finishing time. Our room wasn’t one of the newer refurbished rooms, as none were available to book, which was understandable. However, the shower was a real disappointment. The water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to boiling hot without anyone touching the controls, making it very difficult to shower comfortably, especially with a child. We reported this and requested that a plumber look at it. Although we were told someone had attended, unfortunately nothing seemed to have changed and the problem continued for the rest of our stay. The only other issue was smoking in the evenings. While we understand this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, the number of pe"

"Clean room, friendly staff, and close to main area of the city. 10 mins walk from central train station. Everything was expected as described in Expedia. Wifi does need improvement. Signal was ok late night and day time when no one was using. However, it was extremely slow and occasionally no connection during morning and evening."

The ladies at reception were friendly and super accommodating. We travelled from far and had a late check in and it was smooth . "A very nice hotel with a beach. Our room was in a small one room circular building amongst a similar group, with its own outside seating area. Food was good and amenities good. It seemed good for children and almost all the other guests were families with children. There seemed to be a lot of entertainment for children.
