"Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. "

"Loved our stay! It was just what I was looking for. Quiet luxury, not pretentious but inviting, lovely amenities, staff and very well equipped apartments. My only minor complaint was there was a lot of construction nearby which was off putting at the sandy pool but it wasn’t very intrusive couldn’t be hard at the other pools"

"As a solo female traveller, this hotel was perfect! Amazing location, lovely staff, I felt very safe. The breakfast was lovely and the room was clean and simple, everything you need (aside from a mini fridge). I would definitely stay here for longer, great price for a simple, pleasant hotel! "

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how new, clean, and well-organized everything was. The entire hotel is beautifully designed, with a modern aesthetic and thoughtful details throughout. The infrastructure is outstanding — from the rooms to the common areas, everything feels fresh, stylish, and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was kind, helpful, and highly professional. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything made me feel truly welcome. Wonderful property in a great location

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. The views were stunning. Breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect - walkable to Carvoiero and the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants within a 5-7 minute walk. They also have a free tuk tuk to take you to the beaches and to town. "

"We stayed at the Carvi Hotel. Everyone was very pleasant, it was EXTREMELY clean. It is great location on the beach and close to everything. The hotel next store looks like a war zone and I will not lie when we first passed by it I was like OMG where did I book us, even though I read reviews that explained it I still was taking back, but the Car I Hotel was nice and the most important thing I wanted was that it was clean and comfortable and it was. I definitely would stay there again "
