"We arrived after a very long journey and the welcome we received from Charlotte was amazing! She was so helpful and kind in making sure we had everything we needed! "The hotel is absolutely charming, uniquely situated inside a gorgeous, historic château, and lovingly maintained and attended to in every detail. Our welcome was warm, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and the breakfast just lovely, in a separate little cafe on the property that was near the castle grounds where you could also sit in a beautiful garden, swim in the pool, and/or play ping pong. The hotel is very French which we liked but the carpet in our bedroom was very stiff hessian and therefore uncomfortable on bear feet The staircases 2 were very steep, very narrow and winding in my view not suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issues.
