Cozy, Renovated Studio in the Heart of Town with Mountain Views

Relax in this calm and stylish studio, ideally located in the city center close to all amenities, while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful mountain views.



The apartment is in the heart of a charming Haute-Savoie town, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and steps from shops like a bakery, post office, pharmacy, and newsstand. The Cluses and Bonneville motorways are less than 10 km away. Many walks and hikes start right at your doorstep. Chamonix, Annecy, and Geneva, as well as their lakes, are about 40 minutes away by car.



Enter the studio through a large, fully fenced terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, etc.), a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed and TV, and a spacious bathroom with laundry facilities.



A private parking space is included, located right in front of the apartment.



In winter, ski lovers will appreciate the proximity to many resorts: Mont-Saxonnex and Le Reposoir are 15 minutes away, Les Carroz and Morzine 30 minutes, and Le Grand-Bornand and Chamonix 45 minutes.
