Lake Géry in Saint-Béat with a beach, restaurant, and golf course is 2 km away. In the village of Marignac, this former barn, adjoining the owners' home, is designed to accommodate large families and groups of friends in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Landscaped garden along the stream (former mill), private terrace, and parking area. Gîte on 2 levels: - Ground floor: entrance hall, large living/dining room, professional kitchen (unheated), WC. - Upstairs: 5 bedrooms (3 single beds (90cm)) (1 double bed (140cm) + 2 single bunk beds (90cm)) (1 double bed (160cm) + 1 single bed (90cm) + balcony) (1 double bed (140cm)) (3 single beds (90cm). Each bedroom has a private and connecting bathroom/WC. Electric heating In the heart of the Pyrenees, 30 minutes from Spain and Bagnères-de-Luchon, old stone barn converted to accommodate large families
