Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The place was outdated but clean. It was definitely worth the price paid to have a clean bed and shower. Would stay there again if ever returning to the area
The front desk manager was stellar! He was friendly and helpful! He even asked if there was anything they could do to make my stay better! Food options are plentiful and the downtown area was nice
Staff is friendly and eager to please. Property is clean, neat, easy to access. Access to the Highway is 10/10. Only things I’d say could use a change are the Continental breakfast could be more expansive (ex: cereal, even individual oatmeal, more choices). Also the beds could be softer. Otherwise was fine for our weekend stay.
look the staff that worked there and the owners are wonderful very sweet, but the cockroaches were crazy. I didn’t notice them the first day I was there, but after I came back after the second day, they were everywhere all through the hallways. And I know it’s not always the hotel’s fault as people bring those things with them.
We paid for a week at this hotel. The fridge didn't keep our food cold at all. So a lot of it was wasted. The toilet handle was broke so you had to hold it down and it barely would flush. My wife got up to go to the bathroom and there was a german cockroach crawling in the bathtub, stink bugs everywhere. They had a ton of immigrants in the parking lot and being housed here. There was nothing left for breakfast most times because they would take it all. Other then that the stay was fine.
