We love staying at this place. Easy check in, clean up and check out. The location is the perfect distance from everything local in Marietta. Overall, one of the nicest places we stay at and will hopefully continue whenever we are in town.

This sweet little house is a perfect spot for a weekend trip. Very clean and nice decor. Beds were very comfy. Communication with owner was great. Lots of things to do nearby yet still in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was the perfect amount of space for a small family. It was so spacious and felt like home! Was an overall easy and great experience! So close to everything and even better with a Wendy’s down the street—great for a late night snack!

The property has a lot of charm and is situated in a mature area. Ample space for 5+ adults. Plenty of pre stocked items like toilet paper and paper towels to last for several days. Instructions were sent promptly and were clear and easy to understand. It was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. A few things about the flooring, it is original wood floors I assume and it creaks a lot, if you are a light sleeper it will wake you up. While there are 2 bathrooms there is only one shower/tub and with 4 women in my party it caused a few back ups. The location was nice however you had to turn around to get out of the neighborhood and parking was a challenge. There are lots of driveways and a mini van did not fit in the "driveway". Parking on the road next to the hill didn't allow half of the car to be able to easily open their doors as they hit the yard. Its a cozy cottage. Thanks for having us.

I cannot say enough good things about this property, from first impression to the time we left! What an adorable house, so tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The three bedrooms were perfect for my elderly father, me, and my sister and her husband. The neighborhood was very nice and so close to our destination of Valley Gem sternwheeler riverboat cruise which I also highly recommend!
