"We arrived Dec 24th to check in, only to find out that I made the reservation for the 25th by mistake!! This could have been a disaster but the front desk agent really helped us out. He was able to get us rooms that evening and to cancel the room for the next night, even though we had passed the deadline. He was so very helpful! The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had many offerings. Additionally, the location was very convenient for us. "

"Overall the room was nicely sized, clean and comfortable for one adult and 2 kids. Only complaint I have is that no cleaning has been done, despite my request per hotel procedure - only got garbage emptied and new towels but no vacuum cleaning, no bathroom cleaning and no fresh beds. Very disappointed for a 8 nights stay. "

"The room is basic, but it's big enough to be comfortable. It has a great location next to Reutlingen West station, and also a bus stop nearby as well to get into town faster.
You don't see any of the hotel staff while you are there, except maybe the cleaning staff in the mornings. So it feels very quiet."

"Hotel is in a great location to city center, but the condition of the rooms are old and in need of renovation, bath rooms were not clean to 4 Star standard, and the toilet was not cleaned as well. Rated as 4 Stars, not up to 4 Stars."
