The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

- Check-in after 3pm with keypad number shared thru app. - Trash & Recycle on curb after 5pm Wednesday for Thursday pick-up. Store cans either in garage or behind side yard gate out of public view.

House Rules: Adhere to "No Smoking" and "No Pet" rules. Ensure all cars are within driveway, and not parked on street overnight or within desert landscaped area, per HOA rules and regulations.

Yard maintenance and pest control service is monthly. Pest Control representative services the inside and outside of the property. If tenant is not home then only the outside will be serviced.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

"No Pet" unless prior to booking authorization by Property Host. Upon approval dog must be kenneled when unattended and not permitted on furniture/bed

"No Smoking" inside the home, only outside. Any detection upon move-in of smoking within home will result in a $250 fee for home fumigation.

Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses sustained on the premises. Only parking up to 2 cars within the driveway

Great House!

This house was amazing. Everything was great and Lisa meet us at the house and explained everything. We loved staying here.

Great home, great location!

We stayed at Lisa’s home during the month of March 2024. The home is as advertised, very clean, well stocked and great location. Lisa was very responsive to any questions. We had an issue with the garage door opener and she had the repairman over to the house within a couple hours. We had hoped to rent it for next year, but the home was already booked. Overall, this house was just perfect. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the golfers and enjoying the sunshine. Highly recommend!

Snowbird Stay

Lisa was very accommodating. She checked in a couple days after we arrived to make sure everything was going okay. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
