"Normal amenities like ice, coffee maker, chair and lamp in the room were not available. My wife and I stayed and there was only one office chair and table."

"Gym was a bit small. Pool also and was overly crowded by a weekend group of travel baseball group and teenagers were knocking on my door and running off. "

"Only one staff was rude but everyone else was great. Ro checked me in but gave me an attitude when I asked questions regarding the receipt. I wanted to clearly understand how the receipt shows since it was for business trip. And when I checked out, I ended up not receiving the receipt via email. So, overall it kind of sucked. Tan was awesome though! Great service and printed a paper out for me. "
