Good location for being in the middle of the main street. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh when walking into my room. It is East Europe and the rooms are antiquated in that power outlets are not many. Only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to see the spa but from the looks of the area and brochures on treatments, would seem to be nice.

It was well-situated. The town is very attractive. I did not have time to use the spa facilities. It had very mediocre food for dinner, better for breakfast, but the whole town has pretty lousy food. Also the furniture was quite worn, there were no electric outlets in the bathroom and even in the room itself (I had to pull out the TV console so I could charge my phone). The electric outlets on the desk did not work. Basic bathroom.

Nice hotel with basic amenities. I was in Marianske Lazne for a conference and the hotel was close and convenient to the conference venue. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable; however, the bathroom was clean and modern. No iron & ironing board in the room, no hotel gym (which I knew before booking, but still disappointing). Lots of elderly people walking around in robes or with no tops on. The breakfast is complimentary, which was nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. On one evening there was a harpist playing in the dining area.
