"This old building has been converted to an attractive and comfortable gite, with excellent views from the garden. It's a long way up the hill so quite cool. Hard to find the right building as we did not have adequate directions. The giveaway is the owner's name on the cover for the electricity meter on the wall alongside the road. "The facilities of this hotel are really nice (restaurant and pool) however our room needs a renovation. The carpet was so dirty we did not want to take our shoes off. Our room had a faint smell of cigarettes (maybe from the old carpet). Otherwise this hotel is really lovely and the staff were really kind! "

"Stayed 3 nights. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was good value and had lots of variety. The evening meals were high quality. The room was spacious and had everything we needed (apart from a kettle). We are travelling by train so we found it very convenient for the bus station. Be aware that there is no food Sunday evening, but McDonald's is across the road. Will certainly stay in Ibis again."
