LOCATION of Villa Albatros:
On the very quiet southern shore of Lake Wörthersee - directly on the Dellach golf course with a view of the oldest golf course in Carinthia and with a beautiful unobstructed view of Lake Wörthersee.
This applies to all flats from the balcony and terrace as well as from the rooms.
Golf restaurant with café and beautiful terrace approx. 200 metres away (our house is 50 metres above the tee for hole 18 'par3').
Bathing area - beach : Very well done: For swimming in 250m right of the house newly modernised small public bath with sunbathing lawn, changing room and cafe.
Also within walking distance, 300 metres to the left of the house, is the landing stage for boat trips to Velden, Pörtschach and Klagenfurt.
Only 100 metres from the house is a gourmet restaurant (Wallner) and directly in front of it on the lake: "Restaurant Südsee" - you sit directly on the water.

Super Lage, tolle Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sehr gepflegt, sehr gute Betreuung und Vorbereitung. Es gibt sogar eine Ladesäule für e-Autos! Sehr empfehlenswert.
