My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

My company owns other hotels in the area, but I wanted to stay some where new and I am happy we did. The Hotel RIU Times Square was perfectly located, it was clean, the staff was amazing and the room was larger than expected. We had a wonderful time sharing NYC with my niece and nephew who had never been, and being centrally located to all the holiday things to do was perfect! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beautiful rooms, everything is very new and clean The views from any room are incredible. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Breakfast is meh, the restaurant for dinner was good. Service was okay but they seemed short staffed
