"The property was in excellent position close to amenities, but lots of building work opposite and two problems not sorted during stay. Firstly no water from the bathroom basin tap and one bedside lamp shorting out. Once building work complete and a more rigorous matainence regime in place I would certainly use again if the opportunity arose"

We were advising check in would be delayed 5 hours because of lack of cleaning, arrived to someone being at the property still and then leaving without an explanation. We were promised a price reduction due to the late check in that has not been received despite multiple folllow ups. The washing machine leaked all over the floor and the cooktop wouldn’t work.
