Située dans un hameau de 4 maisons au bout d'une impasse, calme et repos assuré.
Entièrement restaurée intérieurement et bien équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, bouilloire, grille-pain, écran plat, wifi etc...) climatisation dans chaque pièce.
2000 m2 de jardin (Non clos).
Emplacement de parking au pied de la maison gratuit. Parking pour une voiture disponible en sous-sol de la maison où pour plusieurs motos, vélos.
A 9 kms du Zoo de Beauval et 6 kms de tous commerces.
Capacité d'accueil 4 personnes et 1 bébé. (2 chambres - 2 lits 140x190, un lit parapluie avec véritable matelas enfant sur simple demande).
