The pet-friendly apartment "Villa Anita Pares" is located in San Vigilio (S. Vigilio) and is an excellent starting point for excursions in South Tyrol and the Dolomites. In winter numerous ski slopes attract, while in summer you can hike or mountain bike extensively. The apartment has a living room with a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and SAT-TV as well as a washing machine on request and for a fee. The child-friendly accommodation also provides a crib and a high chair upon request.
In the outdoor area you can start the day with a delicious breakfast on your balcony and enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. You don't have to do any extra shopping for that. From your hosts you can get breakfast on request and for an extra charge. In the shared area guests will find a sauna with shower and relaxation room to relax, a beautiful communal garden with covered terrace and garden furniture. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals while the children play on the bouncy castle. A fitness room is also part of the property.
Centrally located, the apartment is just a few meters from several ski resorts and even has direct access to the ski slope. Within a 1-7 minute walk you can reach several restaurants and cafes. You can reach a bakery after 450 meters (6 minutes walk) and within a 3-minute walk several grocery stores and a butcher's store. The bustling Bruneck, the main town of the Puster Valley, can be reached in 20 minutes by car (17 km). The famous Three Peaks Nature Park is only 1 hour away by car (57 km).
