Mr. Veysel, property manager did excellent job during our stay. what a great welcoming, definitely it will be my favorite hotel to say when i visit to mardin. It was extremely clean, quiet and safe place to stay.

It was perfect and clean and good service. I like it . Just if you have back pain or joints pain its not suitable for you because you need to use too much stairs, stairs to reach the hotel, and stairs to the reception, and stairs for the room ,, i think its mardin like this because its old city,

Güleryüzlü personel ve eski mardinde keyifli bir konumda araç park anlamında da yardımcı oluyorlar. Otele uğramadan aramanızı tavsiye ederim otopark yeri için. 2 gece konakladık. Girdiğimizde gayet temizdi lakin 2.gün temizlik yapılmamıştı. Manzarası gayet güzel bir odada konaklattılar sağolsunlar yardımcı oldular. Yataktan kalktığımızda yorgunluğumuz tam geçmemiş oluyordu mardinin havasından mı yataktan mı anlayamadık genel olarak tavsiye ederim fiyat performans otel.

Tek gecelik deneyimim

Otele üst kattaki teras manzarası için gelmek istemiştik, yorumlardan da etkilenmiştik. Ama beğenerek geldiğimiz üst kattaki terasında sadece 2 çift için oturma yeri vardı. Biz alt kattaki terasta oturmak durumunda kaldık. Fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz ateşi çanağının yakılmasını istediğimizde geç giriş yaptığımız için yakmak istemediler. Doğum günü kutlamak istediğimiz için gelmiştik. Tabak, çatal bıçak konusunda yardımcı oldular. Merkeze, çarşıya yürüme mesafesi uzak, katlar arası merdivenler epey dik, oda kapısının kilinde sorun olduğu için kapıyı açtırmak için görevliyi bulmaya birkaç defa inip çıkmak gerekti ve çok yorucuydu o konuda. Çarşaflar lekeliydi, 3 kişi için basık bir odaydı, üçüncü kişi için konulan portatif yatak aşırı ses çıkardı ve konforsuzdu. 3 kişi hareket ederken zorlandık odada, tek gece için idare ettik ama birkaç gün için kalınacak bir alan değildi. Bir ihtiyacımız olduğu zaman epey yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar, bütün görevliler çok ilgiliydi. Teşekkür ederiz ama tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim bir otel değil.

Eşsiz manzara ve essiz bir personel

3 kız arkadaş Mardin'i gezmeye geldik. Otele ilk geldiğimizde resepsiyonda Aziz diye bir genç karşıladı bizi. Mardin demek Minessa Konağı demek bizim için oydu. Bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu hep hizmetimizi görmeye çalıştı ve gördü de Allah razı olsun. Aziz orada olduğu sürece bir daha gelsem yine tereddüt etmeden bu otelde kalırım. Otel ve odalar temizdi. Balkon manzarasi zaten efsane. Yalnız odayı temizlemek için talepte bulunmazsaniz girmiyorlar. İlk gece yatağımız çok gıcırdıyordu. Ertesi sabah soyledigimizde gündüz biz yokken değiştirmişler. Kahvaltı standart. Öyle ahım şahım bir kahvaltı değil fakat bence yeteri çeşitlilik mevcut. 3ya da 4 terası var tam hatırlamıyorum. Ama hepsi de çok güzel manzaraya sahip. Erken rezervasyon yaptirdigimiz için fiyati da çok uyguna geldi.

Otel çok güzeldi konumu ve manzarasını da biz çok sevdik heryer tertemizdi çalışanlarda çok ilgili ve naziklerdi bir sonraki mardin seyahatimde düşünmeden tekrar burayı tercih ederim (sadece otelin alt kısmında bir park alanı mevcut buraya arabalarınızı park etmenizi önermem arabaları çıkarırken birbirlerine vura vura sürte sürte çıkarıyorlar özen göstermiyorlar )

Bin ,wegen Flug verspätung nächsten als gebucht angekommen. Direktor war kanallhart keine Kompromis! Somit weg!! 2Tage habe ich dort verbracht.Frühstücksraum NO GO!! so klein kerkerraum max.16 Personen.Keiin Fenster.Wenn alle sich dort 1Std. Aufhalten könnte Sauerstoff mangelAuftreten. Schade um das Hotel.Wer geh behinderung hat oder etwas alterschwäche hat sollte dieses Hotel meiden.Die Fotos von der Teressa trügt, max. Für paar leute.Mein zim. Wars zwar schön und gut nun von aussen hat jemand gewaschene Kleider zum trocknung aufgehängt unverschämt. Personal sehr nett,bis auf diesen Manager. Werde nicht mehr dort Buchen!!

Très bon accueil du personnel à l’arrivée et tout au long de mon séjour : se rend disponible et apporte son aide sans problème. Chambre très propre, grand lit très confortable. Le petit dejeuner est tres copieux. Beaucoup de terrasses avec superbe vue sur une colline et l’immense plaine mésopotamienne et où il est agréable de se détendre et prendre le frais. L’hôtel, est situé dans un quartier calme de la vieille ville -très peu de circulation. L’ouverture prochaine du nouvel office de tourisme sera à quelques pas...

Oda çok güzel esiyordur havalandırma metrekare gayet yeterli. Sadece banyodaki fotoselin kapsam alanı çok düşük. Duştayken ışıklar kapanıyor. O geliştirilebilirse süper olur. Otel personeli de oldukça ilgiliydi. Mardin'i nasıl gezebileceğimizle ilgili, ulaşımımızla ilgili çok yardımcı oldular. Restaurant tavsiyesi de çok yerindeydi. Harika bir kaburga dolması yedik. Mardin'e yine gelsek gözümüz kapalı tercih edebileceğiz bir otel.
