Thank you for considering Buccaneer Place with Sugar Sand Stays for your next family vacation! We are excited for you to experience all that Marco has to offer. This beautiful island has the most gorgeous beaches, beautiful water, and delicious restaurants!

Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open floor plan that totals over 1500 sq ft. We have a king master suite which opens up to the expansive patio. It has a huge walk-in closet and your own private bath with walk in shower and two sinks. The second bedroom with a queen size bed also opens to the outdoor patio. The third bedroom is perfect for our young guests featuring two bunks and a trundle bed. The second bathroom has a new shower and sink. Our living room features 3 sliding glass doors that fully open to an expansive brand new 2000 sq ft paver patio with brand new heated pool and 6 person hot tub! Enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor living! The Lanai features a picture screen which allows you to have unobstructed views of the breath taking Marco canal. Sit back and relax by the fire pit and enjoy watching your favorite sporting event on the outdoor TV or simply relax with a glass of wine. Enjoy time soaking up the sun on your own private dock with two lounge chairs or pick up a fishing pole and fish right off your dock. If your in the adventurous mood, launch your own stand up paddle board and explore the canal in search of dolphins at your own leisurely pace or hop on our four bikes and explore the community! If you really want to experience all that Marco has to offer, rent your own boat at one of the local marinas and tie it up to your own private dock.

If you want to head to the beach, it is only a 5 minute car ride away. We have 6 beach chairs, 2 beach carts, 2 umbrellas, a beach blanket, several coolers, and plenty of sand toys for you to have a fun filled day at the beach!

Parking: You can park one car/suv in the garage and two in the driveway. Per Marco Island code you can’t park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. You would have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit the property will be fined on a daily basis and the fines will be taken from your security deposit.

Cameras: We have one camera on property. It is the ring door bell at the front door. The rear camera on the pool patio is OFF during your stay for privacy reasons. We have it as security when the house is empty.

NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9
Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.”

Security Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released 5 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found.

Cancellation: If you cancel within the Fully refundable period you will get a full refund minus the processing fees.

NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 86 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.

NOTE: Please be aware that if you DO NOT purchase the travel insurance offered and you get sick/have flight issues/weather issues/etc and cannot make your trip we have a no refund policy.

NOTE: We do not inspect the bikes between each renter. Use of the bikes is at your own risk and is the renters responsibility to deem fit for your personal use.
