This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for your booking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.
Enjoy breathtaking views from this 11th-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasting over 1,450 sq. ft. of living space. The building offers fantastic amenities including tennis, pickleball, a large heated pool, spa, BBQ area, and fitness center. The master bedroom features a king bed with balcony access, while the bathroom includes a shower, separate tub, and dual sinks. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, and the unit comes with a full-size washer and dryer.
****2 Month Minimum**** MUST submit application at least 20 Days prior to arrival
Exit Clean may increase depending on length of stay.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
