Two of bedrooms contain king beds and en-suite baths. The third bedroom has full-size bunk beds. There is second family room for additional seating and tv watching. Enjoy the in-unit laundry room with new washer and dryer. Spend your mornings walking the beach & collecting shells. Enjoy afternoons in the beautiful shared pool and hot tub. After your day, enjoy the view from the top floor screened lanai with a glass of wine and good company. If you want the perfect island location, look no more! We are located on a quiet corner of the island but close to EVERYTHING! Walk to breakfast, the gym, the grocery store and more. Goodland, which has a lively atmosphere, is very close. South Beach Parking is only 3 miles away, and Tigertail Beach Parking is 4 miles. This really is one of the best and most convenient locations on the island.

Nothing but good to say about our stay in Marco Island. Richard was great to work with and the condo was perfect for our stay. Met some very nice people. The entire condo is very well maintained and our apartment was was over the top.

Excellent Escape

My family of five enjoyed this space over our holiday break. The location is perfect with walkable grocery, restaurants and gym. The condo is beautifully decorated with gorgeous bedding and a wonderful view off the patio. The layout is smart, too - spacious, airy and very well-appointed. Richard has everything you need on site - from beach towels to chairs, cooler and bikes - to enjoy the beautiful island.
