Please know that the HOA requires additional documentation for service animals. Please see notes sent after booking in the confirmation email on how to contact the HOA as you must have the service animal registered before check-in.

The fitness center is currently unavailable until further notice.

Valet parking is now optional - it is included in the guests' resort fees.

This vacation rental does not have access to laundry facilities. The nearest laundromat is a mile and a half north.

Parking Garage: The HOA is working on a project in the parking garage until the end of November. Low to moderate level of noise is expected during normal working hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
