Open floor plan with tile floors and granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. New stainless steel appliances in the GE caf gourmet kitchen. Master bedroom off the living area with King bed en-suite bathroom, walk in shower, soaker tub and his and hers vanities. Includes french door walk out to pool and lanai.
Home includes another master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Third bedroom has Queen bed with sliders to lanai and view of water. Forth bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms share hall way bath with walk in shower. Home has high ceilings with 10 ft. sliders over looking the water,
pool, jacuzzi and spacious patio. Home includes 2 smart TVs and 8 ceiling fans. 8 beach chairs and 2 bikes in garage. Enjoy the Large dock to fish off of or tie up a rental boat or jet ski.
