This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the 4th floor of the Grandview. The Grandview is located at the south end of the island across the street from the Gulf of Mexico (only 0.2 mile from a beach access!) . You will be a short distance from shops and several Island restaurants. The condo is well equipped and offers a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Another, desirable plus with this unit is the under cover garage parking.
The Grandview offers on site tennis, pool and hot tub. $150 condo association application fee required.

Only thing is we would like to have been provided the combo to the restrooms next to the pool. Otherwise this place was amazing!

Perfect

Convenient to the beach. Clean and up to date. Plenty of kitchen appliances etc. Thankful for the beach cart, umbrella, and chairs. We have stayed on property several times and have always been very satisfied!
