We completely remodeled our condo with new tiled floors, quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths and a beautiful walk-in shower in the master bath. The kitchen and bath have new cabinets with soft closing drawers and all appliances are new stainless steel.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Sleep Number mattress. The condo has a total of 840 sq ft with a balcony that overlooks the water and the Marco bridge. Every room, including the bedroom and kitchen, have a fantastic water view! You will enjoy having morning coffee in bed or on the balcony, while staring at the amazing view

The condo has an open floor plan with privacy for both the master bedroom and the guest suite. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area and is adjacent to the balcony. Every room has new solid core doors with oversized entrances to provide easy access for wheelchairs in every room. The view is east and south facing, so you can see every beautiful sunrise without having to leave the condo!

Riverside condominiums are located in Old Marco and is within walking distance of 7 restaurants, shopping, boat rentals and bike rentals. Riverside has two pools and two hot tubs that have a fantastic view of the water. We have our own bait and tackle shop on property and guests have access to boat docks, which can be rented, excellent fishing on the docks and seawall, tennis courts & pickle ball courts and two gas grills & beautifully landscaped grounds.
