Beautiful Townhome Across From the Beach!!!

Enjoy Marco Island life in this beautiful townhome. Walking distance to public beach access, residents beach, several restaurants & shops. The townhome comfortably sleeps five. King bed in master bedroom, queen bed with double bunk on top in guest room along with a desk and pc monitor for your work needs. 1.5 baths,Townhome is fully furnished, has all linens, beach towels & gear. Kitchen has all the essentials & then some! 3 smart TVs, with Roku ,Cable & WiFi throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private lanai that overlooks the pool or go out the front door and walk down to the beach for a morning walk or for a famous Marco Island sunset.
We have a 14 day minimum stay ..Not recommended for small children. We welcome 30 & 60 day rentals too! No pets or animals of any kind in this rental at anytime, no exceptions!
