You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beachfront Beautiful Oasis

Step out side on to the balcony to watch the sunset in the evening. You may also see dolphin when looking out into the 180 degrees of panoramic ocean view. If you want to take a trip down stairs you can enjoy walking a long the beach. You also have a restaurant located on the first floor of the building. The kitchen is stunning and so is the rest of this beachfront home away from home. You could stay on property or feel free to walk to any of the close by restaurants or shops. The Absolute BEST LOCATION on the Island!!

$45.00 Parking fee payable at Resort Registration located at check in desk. Put in front dash or hang or review mirror if possible

Must be able to sign a condo rules agreement and a pre-registration then email back or send photos of confirmation.

Perfect beach escape

We absolutely loved our stay. Watching the sunset from the balcony each night was amazing. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and there were lots of little extras to make us feel very welcome. Communication with our host was easy and she responded quickly. Would love to come back!

This was a cozy 1 bedroom that was perfect for my husband and me. Sunset views, dolphins, and shells! Thank you Jessica for letting us rent it for a week! We just love Marco Island!

Amazing time!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Jessica the host was super responsive, we let her know one of her chairs were broke (not by us) she immediately had another chair delivered. We will definitely be back! The room has everything you need! The view is amazing!

The Apollo

The location was perfect right on the beach with Sunset Grill right below us! Sunsets spectacular! Kitchen and bathroom could use some upgrades and it would have been nice to have a dresser with drawers in the bedroom. As it is an older building, tended to be a little musty inside. It was a relaxing 3 weeks for us despite the cold weather but I’m sure we’ll be back to Marco Island!

Wonderful condo

This condo is well equipped and we found everything in working order. The view from the balcony is great! Many beach supplies and towels are provided as well. Proximity to the south end of the beach provides great shelling opportunities. Good communication with the owner before the trip made the check-in process easy.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This condo was the Cats-Meow! Loved the balcony! Being able to be on the beach, if we choose or being on the balcony, if we choose was terrific. The kitchen is fully functional and has a coffee maker. The bathroom has towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and TP, and the shower works nicely. The couch is a pull-out which is a plus as well. Wonderful place to hand your hat for a nice Holiday. Hope to be back again someday!

Everything about this condo was 5 stars - location, updated kitchen, easy check in/out, communication with owner. Mattress and mattress pad need to be replaced, otherwise rating would be 5.

Needs updating for the price

Working with the property manager was a great experience. The condo itself needs some TLC. Couch is old and dirty and the toilet is great for VERY short people, and the cabinets needed to be replaced years ago. The unit was very clean. Small condo approximately 500-600 sq ft.

Excellent location with perfect view of the Gulf. Beach chairs, umbrella and coolers all provided for use. Balcony not very private from other units. Mattress and couch were a little uncomfortable. Plenty of towels available for a week stay. Great communication with manager. Welcome guys in condo when we checked in which was a nice touch. The condo building appears to be one of the older ones in the area. Restaurant in the building had excellent food and wonderful servers. He remembered us after the first night and made recommendations for our dinner.

First Impressions-BAD-

We booked this unit to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We were not warned or advised that the building was under renovation.The lobby was a mess. The elevators were filthy. The construction noise was atrocious. The view from the condo was spectacular, but the balcony was covered in dust and debris-UNUSABLE. The wonderful receptionist cleaned the balcony. The unit manager/contact suggested towels over the furniture for the next day and could not reassure us about the level of noise for the next day, which was again unacceptable. Everything in the unit is serviceable but mediocre. I feel we were mislead. We understand that updates need to happen, but we believe we should have been informed about the ugly conditions and we were extremely disappointed in the owners/mangers lack of concern for our comfort and experience.
