Amazing newly renovated condo
Welcome to beautiful Marco Island with gorgeous sunsets and white sand beaches. Perfect for shelling, boating and relaxing in the sun. Enjoy all the amenities this complex has to offer. 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, walking distance to a fitness center, bike rentals, and many nearby restaurants including the famous Dolphin Tiki located on the resort. The Rose Marina is located next door which features boat rental and cruises including Key West express.

Loving the water!
Comfortable condo with all my Hugh schooler and I needed. Easy walking to Collier for lots of food/shopping. Loved sitting in the harbor cove and occasionally seeing a dolphin or a manatee. If you have mobility issues, know the condo is a bit far from elevator. Stairs available of course but having a widely mother with a walker who lives with me makes me consider this info for others and helpful if your situation. Great place and great host!
