88F saltwater pool w/boat trailer storage&10K#lift

Comfortable home with desirable southwestern exposure and direct access to the gulf. A boat lift and floating jet dock are available for easy use of kayaks and paddleboards provided by us. We have created a side parking area for your boat trailer. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood with safe walking and biking. The screened in lanai includes a large heated pool (88 F or 31 C) and a propane weber grill.

We use white linens in all bedrooms/bathrooms. House is tiled throughout.

We provide keyless entry for self-check in with a keypad on either the front door or garage door. I like to change the entry code between guests, so I normally ask what 4 digit code you would like.

The house is 2590 sq ft and can easily be shared as there are 2 living areas. There are basically 3 suites in the house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and memory foam mattresses.
The king bedroom with access to the pool has a Casper mattress and 50" Roku smart tv.
The front king bedroom has a memory foam mattress, 50” Roku smart tv, and a bathroom with twin sinks and a bathtub shower.
The final bedroom has 2 queen Casper mattresses and a full bathroom that also has a door to access the pool. There are 2 steps down to this bedroom with a railing and 2 steps up to the bathroom.
All doors have alarms for peace of mind, they can easily be turned on or off, depending on your needs. Mostly, it's an added level of security to prevent small children from swimming unsupervised.

If you bring your boat, there is a boat lift available for your use. We only ask that you are careful with the remote for the lift as it costs $150 to replace. The remote breaks easily if dropped or exposed to moisture. We always leave the remote in a Ziploc bag and bring the remote inside after every boat trip to curtail damage to the remote.

Heather Makes the Difference

This house was above and beyond our expectations. The location was perfect. The house, dock, and pool area were just what we were looking for. What really made the difference was Heather, the owner. Her level of communication was on-point and almost immediate. Anytime I had a question, she fired right back with an answer. The house by far was the best stocked and most well appointed house we've ever rented. We will be back. Thanks Heather for making our stay a perfect one.

Perfect place for a family vacation

This property was exactly as advertised! Beautiful home with many amenities that made our family vacation fun and relaxing. We appreciated all the supplies provided along with the outdoor equipment that was available. Our teenage girls rode the bikes for miles. Highly recommend!!

Perfect family vacation home

Heather’s property was amazing. It’s the perfect family vacation home. The open concept space allowed for our adult family to spend time together but the bedrooms were spread out so everyone had their own bed/bath area. The outside was amazing. The pool/lanai area had great space for swimming and gathering for meals. The dock space was perfect but or soaking up the sun. Heather stocked the house with everything needed to complete the stay. Thank you Heather!!

Amazing vacation home

This home has all the amenities needed for a stay. We booked it for 5 adults and 2 children. It was clean and the location was quiet. Great communication with the owner both prior to the trip and during. We were able to use the amenities at the house…fishing, kayaking and swimming. Uber and Instacart were easily accessible from the home, and restaurants, parks and beaches were all within 10 minutes. Would definitely return!!!

Best Summer Vacay Ever!

Don’t think twice! This property has everything you will ever need. We usually rent in Marco Island for a week at a time but we love it there and decided to rent for a month! This home did not disappoint, our daughters are 17, 14, 5 and 2 and they all had a great time. The house is cozy yet big enough for everyone to have their own space. From paddle boards to beach toys and bakeware to towels…we didn’t have to bring or buy anything! The owners are the sweetest people and very attentive. Overall, we’ve always loved Marco and it holds a special place in our hearts but now we can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you for an awesome summer!
