-guest will provide a CC to be placed on file for a $350 security deposit. This will just be a hold on the CC, with no charges actually taking place, unless damages are found upon check out.
-Guests will be charged $89 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $25,000 to provide for a worry free stay.
-Pool heated to a temperature of 85 degrees. However, with frigid weather, it will be difficult for the heater to reach that internal temperature.

The house was beautiful and clean, the pool was heated and perfect for the weather, and the location of the house was great for walking to the beach, stores and restaurants. The hosts answered our questions and communicated well.

House was great! It’s nicely decorated and well equipped. Walking distance to the beach, the JW, and lots of great restaurants. The only thing I’d give folks a heads up on is that early check-in is not an option.
