Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Property includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, laundry rooms, and onsite parking. Dolphin Tiki Restaurant located on the property as well. Transient boat docks are available, via office, on a first come first served basis. This family oriented unit has a Queen air mattress as well as a Queen Air Dreams sofa sleeper. An ice machine. Coffee pot and single serving Keurig. The bathroom is handicap accessible with shower & handrails. There is an electric George Foreman grill located on the lanai. This is a smoke free condo, but smoking is allowed on the lanai.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Turn off power to the water heater via the breaker box. in the tall kitchen cabinet. -Turn off the water to the water heater, in the hall closet behind the panel on the Rt side.
- Set thermostats to 77 degrees.
-Unplug and empty the ice machine if used. -Leave keys on the hook behind the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
