Girls trip

This house had a perfect set up for a mother daughter girls trip. Head games, pool and everything you need in the kitchen. Communication of the house was excellent and location amazing.

Amazing, clean, lovely decorated home to stay in for our vacation!

Tracy was a great host and the house was perfect for our vacation getaway. Steps away from the beach and a short ride to great restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and mornings sitting on the lanai drinking coffee!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

Wonderful property! We loved every minute!

The property was fantastic for our family! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could ever possibly need for a relaxing week! The screened in lanai with pool, gorgeous outdoor furniture and TV was one of our favorite spots!! The three bedrooms were very comfortable and each had their own private bathroom. We loved it so much, we booked for a few weeks in January!

Great Vacation Rental

This was a great house to share with other family members. We had 4 adults and 2 children and felt we had plenty of space. Kitchen was large enough and equipped with everything you needed to make meals and the outdoor space was excellent! We hope to stay again next year!

island getaway

Love this property. We would stay here again. Walking into the house made you feel right at home. Very close to the beach and the heated pool was awesome. Very friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed local restaurants. Watching the sunset from the Marriott was something to see.

AMAZING!!

Oh my, it is hard to put into words how much this vacation stay exceeded our expectations! The home was so lovely and had every amenity a family could ask for. The location was perfect! Absolutely Awesome

Just returned from a month long stay and we could not have ask for any better accommodations and communication with owner. The house is beautiful, well stocked, plenty pool and beach supplies and just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance also. I really cannot say enough good things about the house and surrounding neighborhood.

Relaxing & Quiet getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was great! Short walk to the beach and restaurants! (Doreen's was a favorite for breakfast) If we weren't at the beach , we were relaxing by the pool and grilling on the fabulous grill! We really loved the convience of the beach cart , lounge chairs and umbrella ( it made the walk to the beach a breeze). The owner made sure everything was ready for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Property!

This house was outstanding. It was the perfect retreat for my husband and I. The layout of the house is very nice, with a beautiful kitchen, eating area and a comfortable (and beautifully decorated) living room. The pool area was well maintained and the pool size is perfect. Walking distance to the beach is a nice perk. It is also far enough from the main street so not to hear the cars in the evening. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful modern fully equipped home within walking distance to the beach

This home made our stay on Marco a lovely experience. 3 bed, 3 bath, big heated pool with a deep end, private back yard around the screened in pool area. We stayed in January and had a few cold nights so we wished there was a hot tub. I think that’s the only thing that could of made the stay better. We’ll probably be back some time.

Perfect home for a family vacation in Marco Island

The house was very well organized and super clean. They had everything you needed for the beach which was just a short walk. The pool was heated to 85 and they also Had lots of pool toys for the kids. It was the perfect house! I gave it 4 starts for accuracy of listing because one room showed 2 twin beds and when we arrived the room had a queen. It worked fine for our family. I highly recommended this property.

Incredible home in perfect location

You would never think this house is a rental. Everything looks new and is in perfect shape. It was the nicest rental we've been to! The location is ideal. Our 2 year old was even able to walk to the beach as it was that close. The back patio with a pool, outside TV and grill were perfect for the warm evenings. Everything you need is in the house and we were so happy we found this listing! Tracey was very accommodating and responsive. If you are looking for a great home for a relaxing Marco Island vacation look no further.

Great location and very nice house!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The house is located so close to the beach, and the rooms were all spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was very nice but a heads up to families with young kids- it’s very deep and there’s no real shallow area at the entrance. It also has very little shade and the floor tiles around the pool are very slippery. Loved the nice bathrooms in the house and ample towels, and the bathroom door to the patio was also convenient. We wish the bikes would have been available as they were included in the photos, and the handle for the beach wagon was broken making it hard to use. The owner is very responsive and overall we had a wonderful time staying at this property!

Location, Location.....Beautiful property

The owner just purchased this property and it has never been rented before. They've made sure every detail is addressed: The fine quality coastal linens are a very nice touch. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the owner was very easy to deal with. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with top quality pots, pans, and dishes. We enjoyed our morning coffee from the Keurig each day. The Tommy Bahama back pack beach chairs and beach cart made it easy getting to the beach with all of our stuff. We really enjoyed the heated pool after a day at the beach. We would recommend this house to anyone that wants a close walk to the beach! The owner, Tracey was a pleasure to work with and made the rental process seamless!

This is a very understated property. Everything about this rental works really well.

Everything about his rental is understated! 5 minute walk to the beach? More like 4 minute walk. Convenient pool access? How about a heated pool directly accessible from the bedrooms and the kitchen with access to a poolside High Def TV and quality poolside furniture. A grill is available too. But really this grill was amazing too. A top end model that cost more than our airfare to visit this amazing property. Everything was immaculately maintained, clean, and high end in the house. Three sizable bedrooms converge onto a living area that belongs in design magazine. If this place is available next year my family will be back!

Wonderful Family Home, Perfect Walk to Great Beach, A Well-Equipped Kitchen!!

This house is just great. VERY CLEAN, VERY COMFORTABLE. It is dignified and classy, but comfortable to "be in". Landscaping is beautiful. Location is truly within walking distance to beach - 5 to 10 minute walk depending upon your gait. Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Also, the kitchen was actually well-equipped - our family loves to cook and one of my recurring disappointments are kitchens in beautiful VRBO-type homes with kitchens that are really nice and poorly equipped. That is NOT the case with this house - it is a very well-equipped kitchen. Also, the grill is a very new, very nice, very CLEAN Weber grill and the pool was great. Finally, Tracey was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. This is a great home for families with kids or couples without kids - very versatile and we highly recommend .

Wonderful Christmas Week.

This is our second time renting Villa Blanca. Our family (my husband, a 12 and 9 year old as well as my 70 year old parents) enjoys everything this home has to offer. The home is decorated with a beach feel and is maintained to make one feel like it was remodeled the day before arrival. The pool area is perfect with a large patio and TV to enjoy football bowl games while hanging out in the heated pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The brand new Weber grill makes grilling an easy part of the vacation. Villa Blanca also includes wonderful beach equipment to use at the beach. The location cannot be beat. Our family walked to the beach nightly to enjoy the sunsets and to the Marriot's restaurant Quinn's. We rented bikes and could bike anywhere on the island from the home. Working with the owner has been extremely easy as she is very responsive. If you are considering renting Villa Blanca do not hesitate, it is perfect!
