Welcome to Chestnut Court, a recently remodeled, 3 BDR/2.5 Bath Coastal home with DIRECT access to the Marco River and conveniently located on the North side of the Island for for quick boating and on/off island access.

This home is tastefully furnished with Coastal decor and boasts vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen including granite countertops, walk-in pantry, spacious island for dining, full-laundry, heated pool, beverage center, private lanai, and BBQ.



This recently remodeled home is located on a quiet, Cul-de-Sac and is biking and pedestrian friendly . One of the wonderful features of this property is its expansive lanai and pergola under which you can flick on the Edison lights, fire up the fire pit and enjoy a beautiful evening with your family and friends as the sun retires on another perfect Marco Island day.

Natural entertainment abounds as dolphins, manatees and sea birds are frequent visitors in the waterways of Chestnut Ct. Want to get closer the the wildlife, slip our kayaks into the water and enjoy a quick paddle out through the canals past the Marco Yacht Club to the Marco river where the incredible beauty of Marco Island opens up before your very eyes.

If you have your own boat or are looking to rent one during your stay, we are Boater Friendly and have space for your boat to tie up along side the dock.

Marco Island winter vacation

We loved our stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and plenty of space for my entire family to enjoy. The pool, fire pit area & dock were beautiful! We enjoyed the outdoor space daily, played basketball in the pool, kayaked and played cards on the dock! This is a wonderful rental property and would love to stay here again next winters break!

Chestnut Court is absolutely perfect in every way!

This little gem on Chestnut Court was exactly what we hoped for during our 10 day visit in February. The house is perfectly laid out and very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is so inviting with lots of seating by the pool. We spent many days just hanging out at the house. Management was very responsive and couldn’t have been nicer. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more and will definitely be coming back to Chestnut Court. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Our recent stay at Chestnut Court was a delightful experience. The beautiful home is located on a very quiet, pleasant street. The home is so tastefully decorated and spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. The back yard with the enormous dock, pleasant atmosphere, beautiful lighting, and awesome pergola provide such a peaceful pleasant atmosphere. As always Allison, and Race of Stay Marco were consistently attentive to our needs and so helpful. I would highly recommend Chestnut Hill as a perfect choice for a family getaway.

Great Family Home

This home was just as advertised, very clean and close to all attractions. Great pier to dock our boat for the week and a very short trip to the best beaches. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.
