This Spacious 3 Bedroom+ Den, 2 Bathroom Waterfront Home with SW Exposure features a Long List of Upgrades! New Tile throughout, New Master Bath, New Kitchen Cabinets, New Granite Countertops, New Water Heater, New Dock, New Patio and Pool Deck, New Patio Enclosure, and Much More. This home also has a Great Rental History!

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Other things to note:

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

Beautiful location and quiet area with places to go out and eat or buy food in to enjoy the backyard pool. Could’ve stayed another week if it wasn’t for work!!

Wonderful Marco Stay!

We loved spending time down in Marco at this rental. The house has everything you need and the owner’s communication was great. Could not have asked for a better place to take our family for the last week of summer.

Winter in paradise

The property was almost perfect. Location good, Marco Island is great. The house has an ideal layout, however, it could use some minor upgrades to make it perfect

Great house! Great pool! Perfect location!

We had a great Easter here! House has everything we needed. Pet friendly, which was great so our dog could come with us! The house is in a nice neighborhood, and was a quick drive to all the shops & restaurants! Renters should know that only two cars fit in the driveway and one in the garage. Strict parking rules in Marco—we were fine since we only had two. We had a great experience and will be back!!
